The Cash Book, Budget Variances and Bank Reconciliation reports that were omitted from this month’s F&GP Agenda (item 5) will be reviewed by Full Council on the 25/11/24 instead.
The proposal to amend Forecourt hire charges and Market pitch fees (item 7) is recommended to take effect from 01/01/25 and will be taken forward to Full Council on 25/11/24.
Guildhall hire fees (item 9) and the Guildhall Weddings Attachments, which were published with the Agenda and are attached to this post, were not discussed because Guildhall hire falls under the STBF and is not within the remit of the STC F&GP Committee.
