The STC Finance & General Purpose (F&GP) Committee and STBF Finance Committee meetings scheduled for 16/10/24 were unable to proceed because the Committees failed to achieve a quorum. The four Councillors in attendance proposed to reschedule the meeting to 22/10/24. Â
