Here are the Filming for the Housebound YouTube videos of Sandwich Town Council’s (STC) Extraordinary Meeting of 16/01/23 for the purpose of reviewing next year’s STC draft budget (attached below). There are two videos, part 1 is 2.5 minutes and part 2 is 17.5 minutes. There was a break in the meeting to discuss the confidential item of staff salaries, from which the public was excluded. Please note that this budget meeting relates to only the STC set of accounts. The Guildhall and the Toll Bridge Fund budgets are also pending agreement. The total income and expenditure managed by the Council is the sum of the three budgets. Items such as staff salaries and Guildhall expenses are split across all three budgets.
